Return costs are for your own account. The shipping risk during the return is also for the sender.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
be unused and unworn;
have the original labels attached;
be in the original packaging;
be complete and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive your request, we'll send you further return instructions. You choose your own carrier for the return shipment. The costs and risk of the return shipment are for your own account. Please always keep your proof of shipment until we have confirmed that your return has been received.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that are sent without prior notification.
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is an item damaged, defective, or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dominick-horsewear.com. We will make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
The following items are excluded from return:
Personalised or specially ordered products.
Care products with a broken seal.
Gift cards.
Sale items can be returned as normal, within the same 30-day period.

Would you rather have a different size or colour? The quickest way is to return the current item and then place a new order once your return has been approved.
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Is the return approved? Then we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days via the same payment method used for the order. Please note that processing by your bank or credit card company may take a few extra working days.

For orders within the European Union, the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days also applies. Within this period you have the right to cancel or return your order without giving a reason. This also applies to sale items. During that period you may unpack and inspect a product the way you would in a shop. If a product has been used more than is necessary to assess it, we may charge for the loss in value.
