Shipping policy

Ordering is very simple.

Step 1 Add the desired product to your basket

• Add the product you want to order to your basket by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
• Click on "Cart" in the top right corner to view the items in your basket and adjust your basket if needed.
• Click the green "Checkout" button in the bottom right corner

Step 2 Provide your details

To process your order, we ask you to fill in a few personal details. Already have an account? Simply log in with your email address and password and you won't need to enter your details again. On this checkout page you can also select the delivery and payment method.

Step 3 Complete your order

To successfully complete your order, click the green "Place your order" button. You will then be redirected to an external page of our payment provider so you can complete the payment

Delivery time

We deliver orders from Monday to Saturday to your home, your work address, or any other address of your choice (where someone can accept the package during the day).

If your order is in stock and ordered on a working day before 4:30 PM, it will be delivered the next day.

No rights can be derived from the stock levels shown on the website. This indication on the site is not a guarantee of availability. If your order is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible about the delivery time.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the Track & Trace code. It is also possible to collect your order from us; please contact us in advance so we can arrange a collection time.

Delivery

Shipments within the Netherlands are sent with DHL, and orders outside the Netherlands are sent with DPD. Delivery within the Netherlands with DHL is free for orders over €49.
